Shipping and Returns
Tracking is included with all orders and will be provided by email when the order is shipped out. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, orders are shipped Monday through Friday with Canada Post.
If multiple orders are placed to the same delivery address within 24 hours they may be combined into a single shipment.
Please ensure that your shipping and billing addresses are entered correctly as discrepancies may cause processing delays. Orders that cannot be delivered for whatever reason are the not the responsibility of Fashionably Yours and will be cancelled or reshipped upon request at the buyer's expense.
Delivery times are approximations and delays during shipping are out of our control so they cannot be used as grounds for cancelling an order.
All items are eligible for in-store pickup at our Toronto storefront. You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
Orders from outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties, and import taxes which are the buyers responsibility to pay. All orders will be marked as 'Used' and declared at the purchase price, orders cannot be declared as a gift.
